Cancellation
of flight date
Passengers cancelling a flight 2 -5 working days prior to flight
date will be charged SEK300/person. Cancellation on the flight
date or the day before will be charged SEK500/person. Non-appearance
for a booked flight means that the ticket has been used.

insurance
Passenger who can show a doctor's certificate for own or family
member's illness will not be charged a cancellation fee. Doctor's
certificate to be sent within fourteen days of cancellation to
Ballongfirman Far & Flyg, Box 440 90, SE-100 73 Stockholm, Sweden.
